These terms cover your use of ColorFlow: Water Puzzle, made by eKIMAT. By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play ColorFlow on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the game or any part of it, and you may not use it for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

We may update the app from time to time to add levels, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game at any time, though we'll try to give you fair notice when a change affects something you've paid for.

Your progress and local data

Your levels, stars, coins, and settings are stored on your device, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Because there's no account system, this progress is tied to your device and the app's local storage, not to an identity we manage. If you uninstall the app, switch devices, or clear the app's data, your progress may be lost and we won't be able to recover it for you.

Coins and in-app purchases

Coins are a virtual item usable only inside ColorFlow. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices.

Purchases (coin packs, ad removal, or anything else offered in the shop) are processed by Google Play Billing and subject to Google Play's own payment terms and refund policies. We don't handle your payment details directly. If you believe a purchase was made in error, please contact Google Play support first, since they control the payment and refund process; you're welcome to also reach out to us and we'll help however we can.

Ads

Some versions of the app show ads, including optional rewarded ads that give you a bonus (like a hint or extra coins) in exchange for watching a short video. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to their own availability and content, which we don't control in full.

Acceptable use

Please play fair. You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, hacks, or exploits to manipulate the game, its

economy, or its leaderboards, where they exist.

• Attempt to interfere with the app's normal operation, security, or

servers.

• Use the app in any way that breaks applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict access to the game for accounts or devices we reasonably believe are violating these terms.

Intellectual property

ColorFlow, including its design, artwork, code, levels, and branding, is owned by eKIMAT. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you. All we're giving you is permission to play.

No warranty

ColorFlow is provided "as is." We work to keep it fun and free of bugs, but we don't promise the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim any warranties, express or implied, about the app's performance or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, eKIMAT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost progress, lost purchases due to device issues, or similar. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you actually paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your ability to use the app if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the effective date above and, where practical, let you know inside the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
