Delete your data

VoiceFlow AI has no account, so there is very little to delete, and most of it is on your phone, not with us.

On your phone

Your notes, tasks, reminders, name and settings are stored only on your phone. Delete any note or task in the app, or uninstall the app (or clear its storage in your phone's settings) to remove all of them. If you connected Google Calendar, disconnect it in Settings first to remove the events the app added, or delete them in your calendar.

On our server

Our server never stores what you dictate. For each phone it keeps only a random install ID with usage counts (captures used, days used, first and last use), and, if you bought Premium, the Google Play purchase token with its plan and end date. None of it includes your name, email or the content of your notes.

• Automatically: all of it is deleted 120 days after your phone last used the app.
• Straight away: uninstalling the app or clearing its storage gives it a new install ID, so nothing kept on our server can be connected to you again.
• On request: email emuneem11@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my VoiceFlow data" and roughly when you last used the app, and we will delete the matching records within 30 days and confirm by email.

Google's data

Ads data is handled by Google AdMob: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings, and change your ad consent in the app under Settings, Privacy choices (where offered). Subscriptions and payments are handled by Google Play. Speech recognition is provided by your phone's speech service, usually Google's.
