Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of VoiceFlow AI, made by eKIMAT. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use VoiceFlow AI on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or any part of it, and you may not use it for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

We may update the app from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, though we'll try to give you fair notice when a change affects something you've paid for.

AI results and reminders

The app uses AI to turn what you say into notes and tasks, and works out due times from your words. AI can make mistakes: it may mishear, misread a time, or file something as a note instead of a task. Check important tasks and reminder times yourself. Reminders depend on your phone's notification settings, battery optimization and clock, which we don't control. Don't rely on VoiceFlow AI for anything where a missed or wrong reminder could cause harm, such as medication, safety, legal or financial deadlines.

Your content and local data

What you dictate and the notes and tasks the app makes are yours. They are stored on your device, as explained in our Privacy Policy. There is no account system or cloud backup, so if you uninstall the app, switch devices, or clear the app's data, your notes and tasks may be lost and we won't be able to recover them.

Free use, Premium and purchases

The free version includes a daily number of captures, which you can extend by watching optional ads, and shows ads. To keep the service working for everyone, AI organizing is subject to fair-use limits; when a limit is reached, the app organizes captures on your phone instead.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) sold through Google Play. It removes ads and the daily free limit, subject to the same fair-use protection against abuse. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms and refund policies; you're welcome to also contact us and we'll help however we can. Features shown in the app as "coming soon" are not part of what you are buying until they are released.

Ads

The free version shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that give you extra captures in exchange for watching a short video. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to their own availability and content, which we don't control in full.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app or its server to process unlawful, abusive, or harmful content;
• send automated or bulk requests, try to get around usage limits, or otherwise interfere with the app's normal operation, security, or servers;
• use the app in any way that breaks applicable law.

We may limit or block access to AI organizing for installs we reasonably believe are violating these terms.

Intellectual property

VoiceFlow AI, including its design, artwork, code, and branding, is owned by eKIMAT. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you. All we're giving you is permission to use the app.

No warranty

VoiceFlow AI is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't promise the app or its AI organizing will always be available, accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim any warranties, express or implied, about the app's performance or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, eKIMAT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed reminders, inaccurate AI results, or lost notes and tasks. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you actually paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it (and cancelling any subscription in Google Play). We may suspend or end your ability to use the app if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the effective date above and, where practical, let you know inside the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
